Chapter {37} Love Is A Sham

Esthers POV;

I stand before the mirror in my room staring at my stomach. It's growing round and is becoming noticable. 

A woman on the streets I usually buy things from, even made an innocent joke about it. 

"Ah, madam, this one wey your belle don dey big like this, hope all dey well? "

(Wow, madam, now that your stomach is getting big, hope all's well?) 

I was forced to laugh but it hit me. Every passing day slips into a week, which slips into weeks, and then another month! 

It would have been funny if I knew I wasn't pregnant, but it isn't funny cause I am actually housing a baby! 

Soon this pregnancy would be four months old, the whole world will soon see it. My father will soon notice! My life is sliping out of my hands and I'm battling to catch it with oily fingers.
