Chapter {57} I'm Not Going!
Dayos POV;
Mr. Adebayo makes to run after his daughter but I grab his arm to hold him back. First of all, this is my house and I will not have anyone running about it without my consent. Be it best friends father or not. Secondly, is this not the same man who called his daughter a waste of space, a mistake, a harlot and a disgrace to her late mother?
I won't let him go after her. Not until he gives me a tangible reason for showing up at my house so early in the morning and spoiling her mood like that.
"Dayo my son, i'm so sorry. Look, I know I have made numerous mistakes and I won't try to justify myself or deny them.
However, now, my son has brought it to my realisation how horrible a parent I have been and how much I need to be a better person. But most importantly, how much I need to be a better parent.
