007: Jealousy

Lilian's POV.

I turned to him, "I don't think there's any need for that."

Leon's brows twitched, "Sis, are you seriously giving attitude right now? Damn." He turned to Nancy, taking her hand in his, "Babe, I think we can just do this tomorrow."

The sight of that made my blood boil so much. I stormed out of the room, scrambling up the stairs and finally breathing when I got to my room.

I slammed the door so hard that my room shook.

"Ugh!" I groaned in frustration, pulling my hair as I paced back and forth.

What the fuck was he trying to do?

Why the hell was he introducing me to his girl? After everything he did with me?

Fuck him.

Fuck him for not telling me sooner that there was someone. Fuck him too for trying to play it cool.

So what if he had someone else? I shouldn't care. In fact, I should be happy for him. After all, this meant people would finally see him with a woman and the gay allegations would finally be dropped.

I took a deep breath as I walked towards my study table. Some movies could help my ruined mood and maybe later at midnight, I could go eat something.

When I lifted the laptop open, the BDSM kit I was ordering was the first thing I saw. A strange feeling of anxiety pulsed through me.

The whole point of getting this was due to my curiosity but as I stared at it right now, I kind of realized that I just wanted Leon to use them on me.

Stupid.

Stupid of me to think that I could actually keep having sex with my stepbrother and no one would find out.

"Maybe I could order it and finally go to that BDSM club the girls talked about?" The idea sounded like the best thing right now.

Plus, I needed to find someone who could help me forget whatever I felt when Leon touched me. I definitely didn't like him, and one day of sex wasn't going to change that.

I finished placing the order, it was set to arrive in two days. In the meantime, I'd just talk to my friends about my decision to try BDSM.

That was what I had in mind, until I heard a knock on the door. I didn't say anything this time, because honestly? I didn't want to see anyone.

I also felt like Cole was the one at the door again so I didn't bother to get it. When he got tired, he'd leave.

The knock came again, and I still kept quiet as the image of Leon and Nancy came to mind. The thought of making my jaws clench so hard, I felt like I could grind metal with my teeth.

The door creaked open and I shot up my chair, "I didn't ask you to come in!" I thundered, turning to find Leon smirking at me.

The rage I was feeling melted into pure nervousness as he stared at me.

"What was that?"

His question came as a surprise so I crossed my arms, "I don't know what the fuck you're talking about."

His smirk disappeared into a frown, "Don't play with me Lilian. Why were you acting like a jealous girl? What's on with you?"

"Point of correction, I wasn't acting jealous. I don't feel shit for you to begin with!" Leon breathed a small smile, like he didn't believe that and that made my stomach twist with irritation.

"I was just pissed. That's it," I gritted out.

"What are you pissed about? I don't get it," he lifted a curious brow.

"Oh don't try to act so innocently. You knew you had a long-distance girlfriend and you didn't think to tell me? You literally had me seducing you and even asking you to fuck me to prove you weren't gay. How the FUCK do you not expect me to be pissed?!" I snapped, breathing heavily right after.

Leon closed in on the distance between us, his hands sliding around my waist. His eyes sparkled with an emotion I couldn't quite place, but the more I stared, the more I felt like I was melting.

"You were a little too curious for your own good, Lilian. And I thought to play by your rules. Since you claim not to feel anything for me, why are you so bothered? Why does it feel like you're jealous?" He asked, his deep voice sending literal shivers down my spine.

Fuck me, I couldn't help reacting to him even if I wanted.

"Think Lilian. Say something!" My inner voice demanded.

I closed my eyes, his musky scent being the only thing I perceived, making it more difficult to focus.

With the last bit of willpower in me, I pushed him away from me, breaking free from his grip.

"Like I said before, you could have told me you had someone in your life. You don't expect me to be all happy around her when you literally cheated on her," I stated, hating how bitter the words tasted on my lips.

"You're seriously overthinking this. You wanted proof and I gave it to you. You were the one who said no one has to know so I don't understand this. However, if you insist that you're not jealous, then you better be ready to show her around tomorrow," Leon declared.

I stifled a breath, almost fighting the urge not to laugh at his absurd request, "There's no way in hell I'm doing that."

"Then I'll take it that you're jealous? Well then, since when did you start crushing on me?" Leon's question spiked something in my chest, something that made me pick a pillow from my bed, throwing it at him.

He caught the pillow, shaking his head like I was being dramatic.

"You're so cocky. You expect every lady to fall for you, including your stepsister. Well, newsflash, I don't like you and I never will!" I huffed, even though a tiny part of me was currently admitting to my feelings.

Leon threw the pillow on the bed, heading for the door, "When you're done with this, you'll wake up tomorrow and show her around the city like a good girl."

Fuck.

Why did hearing him call me a good girl make my core throb?
