I looked around and saw that we had already reached there.

" Wow!! We are here?? " I asked.

" Where do you want me to drop you, please hurry up. I have an important meeting to attend," he said.

" Drop me here itself. I need to freshen up and be presentable to meet him for the first time after a year. It was such a long journey from my place to Canada." I said.

" Want to look beautiful to your husband?? " He asked with a raised eyebrow.

" Yes, he has been waiting for me since we got married. " I said shyly.

" What?? You got separated right after the marriage?? " He asked.

" Yes!! I was going to introduce him to my family but there was a medical emergency at my place. So he had to come alone." I said. He seemed to be shocked.

He took out my bags and pointed at a place.

" You can get an affordable accommodation for some time to freshen up. A happy reunion with your handsome husband. I hope you don't shock each other. And... Don't miss me too much. " He said.
