Chapter 27 - Return

I sit at the back of the car while holding Liam’s hand. He is on the phone talking to someone from his office. And so I glance at him. His side profile is handsome too. A salacious smile appears on my lips. With the amount of lovemaking we had, I am certain I should be pregnant by now if only I am not on pills.

He smiles when he catches that my eyes are on him. “You are gazing at me as if you want to get naughty again,” he guesses.

“I do,” I say. I take his phone and make sure that the call is ended. “Seems like your call is done.”

“It is,” he says, his features darkening in desire again.

I love how easy it is for him to want me. I glance at the driver’s seat, making sure that we have privacy. Thankfully, there is a barrier between the driver and us.

I shift from my seat and straddle him, situating my legs on either side of him, my skirt hitching up my legs.

I place my arms on his shoulders and ask, “I hope the backseat is soundproof?”

“It’s muffled, but not totally soundproof,”
