Gilbert Ryan and Malcolm Horace were in Gilbert office at the company discussing. Mr Gilbert Ryan had a renowned music producing company and their company were planning on their Russeli's sixth album that will be produced in two weeks.
"The decision has not been made yet," Gilbert told Malcolm. Malcolm was in a joint partnership with Gilbert and is the next acting director in charge of the production."By next week we would oversee the outcome," Malcolm said flipping pages of the file he had in his front."Last year production hit the base, a worldwide nation got the song, and there were over two billion people who listened, bought and downloaded it," Gilbert said proudly with a smile on his lips."Yes, that was a big hit, your son was something...very talented, but I must say this, he lacked emotions," Malcolm told him, hitting home where it hurts and Gilbert stopped smiling."I know. I am trying to set a date for him since it might help him." He paused. "I heard you have a daughter.""Yes.""Do you mind setting a date with her and my son?" Malcolm asked, he hadn't had the time to look into a female for Russeli, but he was glad Malcolm had a daughter.Malcolm grin. "Not at all, I would like that too since she also needs to be experienced.""That's a good idea, the both of them would be singing for the sixth album, it will be a great development if they would fall in love and bring their emotions out."They both shook their head and chuckled. "Let's see how far the next album will be, let's hard to make it a success." Gilbert shook hands with Malcolm with a big grin.Russeli Pov.I sat down in my room with my guitar in my hands as I put down some music, I felt thirst and the water bottle on the desk was now empty.I wonder why I had a sudden taste of water today. I got a lot to write now, especially since the inspiration is rushing into my head. I couldn't go down now to get myself another bottle of water, well I was that lazy.I remember seeing a maid at my father's study and it made me glad that we had one, I pressed an extension button and called her in, it was something I was glad we had in this big mansion.Few minutes she was upstairs and in my room, I know I would have told her to get me the water while coming up, but what use is a maid if you don't make her stress out a bit."I need water," I said without glancing up at her, I knew she was the one who had stepped into the room, whereas there was no one in this mansion but me and her."Okay, I will get it." I heard her soft sexy voice and I stopped writing and looked up, it was the first time I heard her speak and sure I haven't heard a voice like hers. She turns to leave the room but I called out. "Wait!" She turned around, I wanted to hear her voice again but, well I do lose interest in ladies easily."Should I take water, coffee or juice, which on..." I said rhetorically."I suggest you take water since you are studying." She interrupted me and this was one thing I hate."I didn't ask for your suggestion!" I said coldly and she looked down immediately. "And you shouldn't decide what I take and what I don't." She was only a maid, what gave her the right to speak while I was talking?"I am sorry." I heard her soft voice and it made me angry."Keep that to yourself!" I shouted and she shudders. "If there is a word you don't use around me, it's that word, I hate it." I made it clear to her."I am so...umm... " She stammered and stop whatever she wanted to say."Don't ever do what you will be sorry for..." I lift my eyes and look at her again, she was like a child that was being scolded for her wrongdoing and she looks so innocent with her eyes looking down at her feet."Okay." Her voice almost came as a whisper, she must find me so intimidating and she looks so pathetic to watch."Just get me water," I said and looked down at my script as I put down new keys and words as I heard the door open and close, she must have left.A few minutes later, there was a knock and I heard the door open and she stepped inside, probably with the bottle of water and glass, well I didn't lookup. "Pour it to me." I strutted her as I took the glass she had brought."Okay." She opened the bottle of water as I held the glass cup with my left hand, while I continue writing my song with my right hand, without looking at her.Soon I saw water spill on my note and I looked up at her with a dagger eyes as I got up from the chair up sat. "Are you blind?!" I raised my voice furiously."I am sorry." Her hands were trembling. "I did not mean to spill it on your book." She immediately put down the bottled water and picked my note, cleaning off the water which has already done damage to my book. "I am very sorry, please forgive me.""What sort of maid did my father hired!" I shouted. "The basic of being a maid is knowing how to pour water in a glass and you don't know that much!""I am sorry." She looked up at me with her big eyes that were filled with tears now as she stutters. But I was too furious to stop, whereas she kept repeating the words I told her not to. "I told you not to say that word!" She pressed her lips together.I looked down at my note that was now rough in her hands as she continues cleaning the water. "You know what? Find a book and replace this note, after that, you have to rewrite all the music written on it."She looked down, the tears in her eyes had rolled down her cheek and was dropping at my note. "I am so...""If you are then replace them!" I cut her off and walked out of the room in anger, everything I had written so far and come up with was now destroyed.I would love to tell on her and make my dad fire her, but she had this innocence in her that made me feel pity for her. Writing the content in the not must be too much, am not sure she even know how to write music, but it was the right punishment for her.Malcolm Horace Mansion. Malcolm sat down with his daughter Yvonne in their living room that looked like some classy hotel. Yvonne is a young beautiful lady, she had clear eyes, flawless skin and a pretty good shape. She looked at her father who had just called her in to talk with her. She lifts her glass of wine and took a sip, it was obvious that she was a classy lady, just by her appearance. She put down the glass cup and leans on one hand to get a better look at her father. "Did you have something to say to me?" "Yes." Malcolm put down his glass, the expression on her father's face made her curious. "What is it?" She asked, giving him full attention and waiting for him to continue. Malcolm cleared his throat and hesitated before speaking. "I am setting a date for you, I would like you to meet someone." Yvonne furrowed her brow and sat up. "Someone?" She raised her brow as he nods. "Dad why would you do that?" Setting up a date with a stranger she has no idea of was absurd. "It is
Damsel Restaurant.Yvonne sat down at a reserved table, waiting for the date her father had set for her, classical music was playing in the background and there were only a few people there concentrating on their meal. She glanced down at her watch and sip her red wine, she had been here for close to an hour now, but he was not still here, the people she had met in the past, no one dares to keep her this long. She sips her wine again, her eyes watching the entrance at everyone that enter the door. She heard the glass door open and there the person she had been expecting, dressed in a grey top and black plain trousers, looking handsome and dazzling, her crush, the man she drools over his pictures every time she looks at it, he was stunning.Russeli Walsh POV.I smile when I saw the lady I was going to meet, one other victim I will have to break her heart, she was looking at me with a parted lips, I was sure she was admiring me, I love dressing up for my date,
Malinda POVI sat down on her desk in the maid room at my bosses house, he had given me a place to stay, even if it was thin, it was still comfortable and plain, a small bed, a desk and a chair, besides it is a little wardrobe, walls are colourful and the whole room smell nice.I was rewriting my boss' son's note. It was difficult to see the part which I spilt water on, but I know I have to finish this up and hand it over to him if I want to keep my job, and whereas I want to stay out of his sight.I heard my phone ring and I saw the caller ID, with a smile I answered, put the phone to my ear, I heard the little voice of a girl I cherish, someone I call my little sister and love. "Hello Annabel, how are you?""I am fine, auntie Malinda and you?" She asked with a little c
Russeli's POV.After she left the hall, I thought it was my moment of victory as I leaned back to the chair, but the whispers I heard in my back made me stop smiling, many eyes were on me and I am sure that they must have recognised me.Girls are just so troublesome, I.wish I had made her leave in a less crowded place, I stood up and went after her.Outside the hall, I saw her walking away. "Yvonne, Yvonne!" I called out but she didn't stop so I ran to her and held her hands. She halts and turns to me in anger. "Why, why are you after me?" She asked me and I sighed in my heart, I had only come after her because I couldn't bear the stare I received inside and she would have just not spoken it out loud that I was using her."Th
Russell POVI opened my eyes and closed them immediately because of the bright light that came in through my window. I turned around and sat up. It was seven in the morning and I was supposed to meet my dad to talk to him today.I quickly got up from bed and saw the cup of water the maid brought, it was still untouched which made me wonder how I happened to fall asleep last night.I could not see the bottle of white wine I took last night, but I know I drank some alcohol, I can't remember what happened last night, I don't like drinking, I hate drinking for what it does to me.I rub my head softly and walk into the bathroom, I turn on the shower and stood on it for a long time, still trying to remember what I did last night, I knew I was angry since she told me she
Russell POVI sat down on the chair in the living room with my legs crossed as I wait for the maid to be out at the sitting with my note, since I had nothing to do today and I was not in the mood to go to one of those boring dates my father do set for me, I decided to have a little bit of fun.I heard a soft footstep behind me and I knew she was the one like the house had only I and her inside. "Sit down." I pointed at the chair at my front when I knew she was close to me enough to hear."Huh!" The words I said surprised her and I looked up to see her face, raising the corner of my brow. She quickly looked at her foot and I smirked, she was one shy little maid. "I am not...""I know you're not supposed to sit down here." I interrupted her before she could finish. "But, s
Yvonne was seen shopping with her father in a big mall, she showed her father the dress she had on her hands. "Dad, how is this dress, I want to wear it on my next date with him." She turned to the mirror."It is gorgeous," Malcolm told her, leaning on the wall, he looked at the happy smile on his daughter's face. "So, have you decided?"Yvonne blinks and turns to him. "Well...dad, I want to give it a try, I might come to love him, even though he is haughty." She grins and picks up another dress."Well, I have seen you want to give it a try, I wish you all the best." Malcolm smiled, this was the first time Yvonne had said she would give a man a try, she had always ended every meeting with a man the first day she met them.Yvonne looked at the mirror with another purple d
Russell POVI sat down in my room the next day as I remembered what Dominic said about helping our maid and how he told me she is pretty. I have not given much thought to it until this morning when I saw her, she was indeed pretty.I also remembered the flashback I had when I was speaking to him and I was sure it wasn't my imagination. I was not one who imagined kissing or hugging anymore. Did I kiss her and when?I left the room and stood by the lobby, leaning on the pillar upstairs as I looked down at our maid who was cleaning the house. I watched her for a long time, I could see her face now that she was not looking down at her feet or speaking with anyone. She does look down when she talks to me or my father, she was a shy girl which made her lovely. I shook my head
