Ava's POV

Before I left the club, finally, Susan promised to help me get the statement of some of our regular customers testifying that I was forced against my will to strip after I explained to her what my stepmom had done.

I couldn't do it myself to avoid risking my cover. If I stayed too long at the club, the chances that my step mum would find out were high, so I could only trust Susan to help me out with this.

Now, there was just one place left to go to. I got to the familiar street of my home. I crossed over to the next house and knocked.

Even though it had been a while since we communicated, my stepmom restricted me from going because this woman was the only person who treated me right since I lost my two parents.

My stepmom noticed this and warned me to not knock on her door, but not anymore. I had no option but to go, she’s the only one who can help me with this.

I sighed in relief when I recognized the elderly woman who opened the door.

“Ava!” Mrs Georgia exclaimed, her f

  • My Triplet Alphas   Chapter 189

Zayne’s POVAfter we all agreed to go to the party together, there was still one big problem we hadn’t solved. What were we going to tell Ava? We couldn’t just leave her at home alone. That wouldn’t be right, especially not now when she was still dealing with Vanessa’s death.I sat on the couch, thinking hard about our options. Irish was pacing around the living room. Steve was sitting in the chair across from me, running his hands through his hair.“We have to figure this out,” Steve said for the third time in ten minutes. “We can’t just disappear for hours without telling her where we’re going.”“I know that,” I replied, feeling frustrated. “But what are we supposed to say? That we’re going to a college party to investigate a dead body that we dumped in the forest?”Irish stopped pacing and looked at us. “Maybe we should just tell her we’re going out for a few hours. We don’t have to give her all the details.”“She’s not stupid, Irish,” I said. “She’ll want to know where we’re going

  • My Triplet Alphas   Chapter 188

Irish’s POVGetting back home from school felt like the longest walk ever. My mind kept going back to what happened in class, and I knew I was going to get an earful from my brothers about it. Steve had already made it clear on the way home that he thought I had acted stupidly, and I was sure Zayne would have even stronger words for me.When we walked through the front door, Zayne was sitting in the living room with a book in his lap, but I could tell he hadn’t been reading. He looked up as soon as we entered, his eyes immediately finding mine.“How was school?” he asked, but his tone suggested he already knew there had been some kind of problem.“Well,” Steve said, dropping his backpack by the door, “Irish almost ruined us.”I felt my jaw clench. “I didn’t ruin anything,” I protested.Zayne closed his book and set it aside, giving me his full attention. “What happened?”Steve began explaining everything that had occurred at school.“Then these girls behind us started gossiping,” Stev

  • My Triplet Alphas   Chapter 187

Irish’s POVEven sitting in the middle of the lecture, I couldn’t stop myself from looking at the small white nylon bag in my backpack. Inside that bag was the wristband we had found at the crime scene this morning. The black leather band with “Midnight Pack Training Camp 2023” written on it in silver letters. We had gone back outside after cleaning up the blood to pick up the wristband and put it safely in a small white plastic bag. I had been the one to suggest we preserve it properly, in case we needed it later as evidence. But now, sitting in class, I kept reaching into my bag to touch the plastic, making sure it was still there. My mind kept wandering back to what had happened. It wo

  • My Triplet Alphas    Chapter 186

Zayne’s POVAfter what felt like hours of careful planning and moving in the darkness, we had finally managed to carry the body deep into the forest behind our house. It wasn’t easy work, and we had to be extremely careful not to leave any traces that could lead back to us. We wrapped the body in old blankets and carried it far enough that no one would stumble across it accidentally. Now we were back home, sitting in our living room, trying to make sense of what had just happened. The sun was starting to come up outside. We had been awake since around 5 AM, when we successfully dumped the body, but sleep was the furthest thing from our minds.I was more confused than I had ever been in my life. My mind kept running in circles, trying to figure out who could hav

  • My Triplet Alphas   Chapter 185

Steve’s POVThe journey back home from the pack felt like the longest trip of my life. Every mile we traveled, I could see Ava in the rearview mirror, staring out the window with those empty eyes that had become too familiar over the past few days.“It’s good to be back,” she said quietly as we gathered our bags from the car.“Yeah,” I agreed, though part of me wished we could have stayed at the pack longer. At least there, we were surrounded by people who understood our grief. Here, we were back to the reality of having to pretend everything was normal. We all went to our respective rooms to rest. The emotional weight of the past few days, combined with the long drive, had left us all exhausted. I barely made it to my bed before collapsing onto it, still fully clothed.I don’t remember falling asleep, but the next thing I knew, I was waking up in complete darkness. My room was pitch black, and when I reached for my phone to check the time, the bright screen nearly blinded me. 2:47 AM

  • My Triplet Alphas   Chapter 184

Irish’s POVIt’s been three days since we laid Vanessa to rest in the pack cemetery. Three days of watching Ava cry herself to sleep every night. Three days of trying to hold ourselves together while everything felt like it was falling apart. The Alpha had made it clear this morning that we needed to return to school. Lectures were starting again, and even though none of us felt ready to leave, he insisted we couldn’t put our lives on hold forever. I understood his reasoning, but it didn’t make it any easier.I had just finished taking a cold bath, hoping it would help clear my head and wash away some of the heaviness I’d been carrying. The cold water had felt good against my skin, shocking my system awake in a way I desperately needed. I was in the middle of getting dressed, pulling a clean shirt over my head, when I heard a soft knock on my door.“Come in,” I called out, assuming it would be one of my brothers or maybe someone from the pack with a message. The door opened, and I fel
