Chapter 45 - Punish me
I was walking back and forth, anxious. It's already ten in the evening but Kyle hasn't arrived yet. I called him but his phone was off.
I know that he's busy doing his royal duties but my anxiety of being away from him was starting again. I stood up, got my robe on and walked towards the door. When I opened it there were two royal guards on both sides.
They didn't say anything but bowed to me. I wasn't properly announced as the crown princess but since Kyle openly showed the nation that I am his, they were already bowing to me.
“Can you tell me where Kyle is? I mean the crown prince?” I asked. I don’t really know what to call him in front of other people.
“He’s in his office, your highness.” One man answered.

After the coronation, I flew back to my country and Kyle was left in Flousia. I was sad when I had to go back alone but we agreed to contact each other every day. We chat and text every morning and video call each other every night. It was hard for both of us but it was necessary. He couldn’t leave Flousia because he was just named the crown prince so he has a lot on his shoulders. But despite his busy schedule, he didn’t miss a day calling me. I was also busy with the hospital project but called him every morning and night. We talked about what our day was and sometimes asked each other's opinion about something. Whenever he felt mad at someone, he would call me and rant, then I would calm him down. He said he was thankful for me. Even if we’re apart, I help him with making decisions and would ask me for suggestions.
