Chapter 18- The Cure

Raymond looked closely at the content in the cup. It was just like blood pudding. That was the cure he had prepared. Just to get a point of it into the bloodstream of the infected. 

He believed it would work. It had to. But now that no one was supporting him, just to check its efficiency, at least, was daunting and discouraging.

He hadn't known how he was going to administer it to them. Maybe he would rub it on their bite marks. That would be dangerous and hectic at the same time. He needed help, he couldn't do it alone.

It was obvious the council members were not ready to go for the option of finding the cure. They just wanted them eliminated. They were just being selfish and heartless.

Raymond was frustrated. He knew he needed to find a way of administering this cure if he really wanted to see Grace again.
