Demonte’s POV:

“You must be sleeping on peace right now. But not so long. Count your lucky days from onwards,” the alarming and the warning voice hit on my ears as I tugged my phone in my ear. My eyes quickly left its duty from its sleep and got up as soon as I heard that voice.

“Who the f…,” the phone cut off before I could answer.

I immediately got up and sat upright in the bed. It was dark but I could feel someone next to me on the bed with her skin showcasing to me openly and shining brightly with the filtered beams of light from the moon.

She was looking more than juts the beautiful. I couldn’t describe how pretty she looked and how she suited to my likings this night. I couldn’t help but smirk on her presence beside me.

Another message beeped on my cell phone when I was absently gazing at her. While watching her silently with
