Chapter one hundred and thirty one

"Just know that mommy loves you okay,?" she said and I shook my head and rolled my eyes. With a Sigh, I replied, "I know she does," and then I faked a smile at her.

She took a step back and clapped her hands, going down a little bit. Widening her lips, she turned her back and left the room. I rolled my eyes and ran my hands on my head.

A few minutes later, a knock came through and my heart skipped a beat. "Come in," I said as I watched the door open and Aiden step in.

"How are you?" he asked, scratching his head and his cheeks widened in a smile. I folded my hands and asked, "Why are you here? In my room?"

Flinging my hair to the back of my neck, I added, "I don't like seeing you in my room," I felt my cheeks widen and I immediately covered my face. "Good, lord, why am I laughing?" I said in my head and looked up at him.

"Can I sit? Beauty queen?" he asked and I nodded my head in agreement. "Yes, you can sit, but your time to sit is limited."
