Chapter 32 Chase's Arrival

*Snow POV*

For the whole week, I didn't attend classes, and neither is my present relationship with Mr. Lorenzo as juicy as it was before. We do talk, but not intimately like we used to, and me finding out his resignation was pending was just like another bone in my throat, and I hate the fact that it was because of me that he was resigning.

My phone lit up, signaling a message. I scooter closer to my bedstand, picked it up, and swiped it open, only for me to receive the shocking news of my life.

Chase was heading to Atlanta; in fact, his plane will be landing a few minutes from now, and he requested that I come and pick him up.
