I swallowed the lump in my throat, blinking back the tears pricking my eyes painfully. I stood up, wrapping the duvet around myself, walking by him to the other side of the bed, picked my dress and wore it.

“Elena.” He called out my name, rushing towards me, looking alarmed. I heaved deeply, feeling drained of all my energy. I titled my head sideways.

“I want you. It’s always been you. I shouldn’t have asked that we keep this inn secret because you don’t deserve that. You deserve way much than I’m giving you and I’m sorry, so sorry for that. Please don’t leave. I agree, we shouldn’t have to hide that we are in good terms and we definitely shouldn’t hide this. You were right, this whole thing wasn’t just because of the Luna thing but I promise you, there isn’t a bone in me that is hung up or even attracted to Lola.
