The police team received information about a man who had travelled in the same car a little while before the attack on the victims took place.
His name was Mayank. He was a part-time labour. He was returning home from work when he boarded the car. He told the police about all the drunken men and abusive language they used while talking. He also informed that they robbed him of his money and took his mobile and then ordered him to get out of the car.
Police asked him why he did not report the incident to the police station. He said he tried to inform the PCR police present near the site of the incident when he got out of the car. But the PCR did not listen to his complaint.
