What about my lips? Is it work-related to have this meeting?

"I'm sorry, what?" I asked, confused.

What do my lips have to do with my job? What should be measured on my lips? Is it super important to have an urgent meeting?

"I just can't focus on my work when I see you the other day with your cut in your lips and pimples on your cheeks." He clenched his teeth while saying those words.
