Chapter 32 The Grand Alpha

(Cedrick POV)

While we waited for Miss Dahlia's return, I was talking to the person who is in charge to arrange the entire café to make Miss Yuki's writing comfy. Master Kai also instructs us to make sure the place doesn't change too much. Miss Yuki's willingness to get the place in the first place will be ruined if it is altered altogether.

It's getting late. The heavy rain returns with ferocity. It was nearly dark and gloomy all around.

I don't believe the woman Master Kai is hoping for will return. I cast a glance in his direction, but he seemed preoccupied with what he was going on at the counter while listening to mediocre music.

When Master Kai suddenly came to a halt. Turn his attention to me. He grins, and I offer him a half-smile. He cleaned his hands and wiped them with a dry cloth.

I have a feeling he could already smell Miss Dahlia's scent heading in this place.
