It is stated that the party who purchased the land has no obligation to pay you.  It's a good thing the money they offered you was fake. If you accept real money, you could be sued."

"Are we really going to get nothing from them, Sir? I mean, they trick us."

"It's the same as this, Miss; if you're fighting for something, hire a lawyer and go to court to sue them, so that we can have the warrant arrest if it's proven that they're offenders."
