Chapter 6

Author: Rui Rui
Molly's POV

The moment I stepped off the plane, I spotted a man leading a group of people.

His features were sharp and well-defined, but what stood out most were those sky-blue eyes. Tall with broad shoulders and a tapered waist, he drew more than a few glances. He walked over to my father and me.

"Alpha King."

"Miss, I'm Ryan Robinson, the King's Beta." He reached for my small suitcase, introducing himself, then called a driver over to load the rest of the luggage into the car.

  • No Longer Theirs   Chapter 8

Molly's POVI didn't expect Logan and Derek to still refuse to give up. They'd slipped into Silverfang Pack again. They'd built a massive castle out of flower bouquets outside the hall, surrounded by countless gift boxes. Candles flickered like scattered stars, making the whole thing look dreamlike—almost unreal.Logan and Derek were dressed to impress in different styles of suits, each holding moonflowers as they stood there.Derek shouted up at the building: "Molly! Derek's here to keep his promise! You didn't hear my confession last time, but you can't miss it now!" Quite a few people had gathered, craning their necks to see what was going on. Logan chimed in next: "Molly, you promised you'd choose one of us. It's time."I watched the whole scene from upstairs. Not a single ounce of emotion stirred in me.I called the guards to kick them out.Logan's thin lips parted, his voice barely above a whisper: "Molly... I'm sorry. We were wrong before. But please—give me one more chance? I'v

  • No Longer Theirs   Chapter 7

Molly's POV"Who is he?"Logan and Derek spoke at the same time, their eyes filled with nothing but suspicion. Logan's gaze was cold as ice as he locked eyes with Ryan without flinching. Derek, on the other hand, stared at me like I was prey he couldn't look away from. They were waiting for my answer.I asked calmly, "What are you two doing here? And who he is—none of your business. Shouldn't you be with Rose right now?" I swept my cold gaze over them, assuming they'd come looking for trouble on her behalf again.Ryan gave my hand a reassuring squeeze. The mention of Rose made Logan and Derek's expressions shift, growing awkward. Logan cleared his throat. "We're not with her. Everything that happened before—I can explain."Derek grabbed my arms. "Everything we did before—the coldness toward you, the way we treated her—we only did it to make you realize how important we are to you..."They took turns explaining everything that had happened over the past few months, their eyes filled wit

He's here to pick us up."As the cool breeze of Silverfang hit me, I shivered involuntarily, my mind snapping into focus. Ryan draped a coat over my shoulders. It carried the scent of cedarwood and his body heat. I smiled, a little embarrassed."You mentioned wanting to learn about pack affairs before. Ryan's a great teacher."I turned to Ryan and said politely, "Then I'll be in your care, Ryan."He smiled back. "Of course, Miss."In the days that followed

Logan's and Derek's POV"What are you doing here? I thought you were home resting after the accident." "Rose, where's Molly?"Derek and Logan spoke one after another.Rose answered, "Derek, Logan, I came to see how things were going. What happened?""Molly... I think she left us." Logan stared at the mess of trampled flowers on the ground, his voice hollow.Neither of them had expected things to turn out like this. All that hope and anticipation, crushed in an instant. The bitter taste in their mouths was hard to swallow.Rose held up their gifts and smiled at them, trying to cheer them up:"Derek, Logan, don't lose hope. Molly... Molly just hasn't figured things out yet. Maybe after some time, she'll come around!""Look, the gifts you prepared are amazing. A girl like me would love them—so Molly would definitely love them too."Unfortunately, neither Derek nor Logan was really listening."She wouldn't like them."Logan's voice was flat. They'd grown up with her—how could they not und

Logan's and Derek's POVThe plane had barely taken off when, on the other side of the city, Logan and Derek came rushing back, clutching moonflowers in their hands. They stood outside Molly's door, their faces growing darker by the second. No sound came from inside. The uneasy feeling in their chests kept getting worse. For some reason, they both had a bad feeling about this. And that feeling kept growing—until a single thought surfaced in both their minds.Something happened to Molly. They burst through the door—only to find an empty room and a few scattered traces of blood.Logan had called Molly's phone more times than he could count. She never picked up.Derek's face was as black as coal. "She blocked me. I can't reach her at all."He gripped his phone so hard it was a miracle the screen didn't crack.Judging by the chill in Logan's eyes, he was in the same boat."Same here."They'd never dealt with anything like this before.Molly had never—not once—gone this long without contacti

  • No Longer Theirs   Chapter 3

Molly's POVThree days later. The day I was supposed to choose. And of course—my first shift had to hit that exact night. It felt like every bone in my body was being ripped apart at the joints and shoved back in wrong. I locked myself in my room, sweat soaking through my clothes. Logan and Derek stood guard outside the door, moonflowers in hand, not moving an inch."Molly, once you're done shifting, can you come to my place first?" Logan's voice came through the door, hesitant. "I... I have a surprise for you."Derek cut in immediately: "No, come to mine! I've got one too!"They started bickering outside—then one of their phones rang."Hello? Logan... Derek... I—I—" Rose's voice came through, choppy and tearful. "I got in a car crash on my way to Molly's... it hurts so bad... I'm so scared..."Silence."Where are you hurt? How bad is it?" Logan's voice went razor-sharp."Stay put. I'm coming." Derek's footsteps were already moving. They hung up. Then they remembered me.Logan pressed
