-Elijah- My father walks into my office with a grin on his face, and I can’t help but scoff. “What the hell are you doing here, Pappa? Didn’t we just see each other?” I say, embracing him before I gesture to the leather couches in my entertainment section. He shrugs and sits down on the chair opposite me. “Your mother wanted to be in charge of the mansion renovation to get everything ready for you and Kaia when you move in,” he says, as if I should know what he’s talking about. “Mansion?” My father nods. “You two are moving into the family mansion, right?” he asks with narrowed eyes. Oh, shit. I was so caught up in everything that I didn’t even spare a thought as to where we would live once we were together! “Ah. -Kaia-I don’t remember much after Bjorn punched the side of my face, but I recall him throwing me over his shoulder and putting me in the trunk of his car.
