Cole pulled up behind Rook's car. I jumped out of the car before running towards the tall dark figure in the distance. "Rook?" I asked carefully and he slowly turned around to face me. "Liv." He said before stumbling towards me. "Rook, you're drunk," I said before grabbing the bottle of bourbon in his hand. "Give that back." He demanded lazily. "Rook you're hammered I refuse to let you drink any more of this stuff, what if you get alcohol poisoning?" I asked him and he frowned at me. "You could get that?" He asked and I nodded. "Yes, now can we please go? I'll take you home myself. Or you could stay the night at our place, my mom and Cole's dad wouldn't mind." I assured him and he shook his head at me. "No, I'm jumping off this bridge tonight." He said pointedly. "If you jump-- then I jump," I said pointedly. "No, you're not. I'm sorry to spoil the party, Rook. But we're leaving." I woke up to the sound of my alarm. Last night Cole locked himself in his room, so I figured he needed space. I rolled out of bed before grabbing a towel. I took a quick shower and when I was done I went back to my room. I got dressed in my cheer outfit and some white Nike shoes. I tied my hair into a ponytail before applying some cream to my face. I grabbed my backpack before leaving my room and going downstairs. "Good morning Uncle Ian," I said before sitting down by the kitchen island. "Good morning, Liv." Cole's POV"Yes," I said while looking at my dad. "Sit down." He said and I sighed in frustration before sitting down. "What is it?" I asked and his fist clenched. "I wanna talk about your mom." My dad said and I froze up for a second before frowning. "Well, I don't want to," I said blankly. "Cole--""Did Liv ask you to do this? What you couldn't decide to talk to your son on your own without someone else asking you to?" I asked and he shook his head. "Just listen to what I have to say." My dad said calmly and I nodded before sitting back in my chair and glaring at him. "I loved your mum, I did. And I miss her." He said before shifting in his seat. "I thought that if I ignored it I wouldn't have to feel the hurt that comes with losing your wife." He said with furrowed eyebrows. "I'm sorry for what that did to you. All I can do now is apologize and try to be better for you." My dad said and I blankly looked at him. "Good for you," I said shortly before getting up from my seat.

"Where's Cole?" I asked my mom. "I don't know, he's probably out somewhere." She said before turning to face me. "So how was school?" She asked me. "As usual," I replied shortly. I watched Storm as he took the last bite of his BLT. He's so hot. Storm got up from his chair before going over to the empty canvas across the room, he sat down on the chair behind it before looking at me in anticipation and I sighed nervously before getting up from my chair.
