Chapter 50

Philip walked into the room soberly with his head bowed down. He had been invited in after his brief knock. He had known that it was only a matter of time before this meeting would eventually be summoned. In fact, the meeting was almost too late in coming in Philip's summations. The most recent happening had caused quite a stir, almost putting the whole hospital in great jeopardy. Philip knew without being told that a lesser placed staff member would have been shown the door with immediate effect but in his case, a call for this type of meeting could only mean one thing...
