The wind was not blowing the night of Parachal’s funeral- for Logan, but it was windy. Very windy. He saw one or two fleeting whirlwinds before they arrived at the graveyard that was just behind the Lichen’s Pack forest. He couldn’t find air in his lungs nor could he breathe in some to help him survive. All he felt in his lungs were anguish. In fact, all he felt in every single atom his body was made up of was deep agony and torture. 

This was the first time young Logan was experiencing something like this. The pain of losing someone. He felt like ripping his heart out of its cage just to stop feeling what he was feeling in it. They just lost their virginity to each other, and just like that, she was gone the next second. He wondered every night since Parachal left them what he had done
