Delilah rolled out of the way even with the slash on her back sending jolts of pain coursing through her body. Liam and Kai were already in combat with their wolf forms as they both circled each other brutishly strong and powerful.

Delilah was aware of arms lifting her to her feet and the pain in her back intensifying. The rest of the Beta's that had arrived with Liam just stood there watching obeying the natural set law.

She was aware of the arms that were carrying her, lifting her up, so that her face was to the sky and she marveled at how peaceful the sky was in contrast to the madness that was going on below it.

There was a sticky feeling in her back and she was aware of blood running down the small of her back as she was being moved to somewhere she didn't know.<
