Chapter 02

The entire shadow pack members came out and danced to the rhythm of the drummer.

A fight to control the supernatural world has been won by them, and they had their enemies tied as captives.

Henceforth, they are going to be the only wolf pack on the earth.

They will rule the supernatural world, so it was enough to make them dance and celebrate their victory.

“Put them in the deepest part of the dungeon” Alpha maverick commanded and the fighters all pushed them toward the dungeon.

Quinn's heart jumps into her mouth

“In the dungeon?” she whimpers

Of course, She has read so many things about Shadow pack.

For Selene’s sake, she is the Alpha of Blue Moon pack only daughter, and she has been made to read about other packs just in case of a fight so that she will know what to do.

The shadow pack dungeon was built two thousand years ago and from what she has read, not everyone who enters that dungeon comes out the same.

Some meet their dead end there. Some come out mentally unstable, and that's where Alpha maverick asked them to be taken to.

“Even my father, the Alpha, is being treated like trash” she bites her lips to suppress the urge to cry.

“Am sorry father, am not strong enough to win this war”

The late Luna, her mother, and Alpha jaxon had made her believe every female child was good as a male child but today, for the first time in her life, she wished she was a male or at least had male brothers who were strong to defeat Alpha maverick two sons as everyone knows it was due to Lincoln and Lucas fighting skills and intelligence that they conquer other packs all the time.

As Alpha Jaxon staggers past Alpha maverick

“Finally caught you in my web. Now I will make your life a living hell” Alpha maverick whispered.

His cheek swelled in a sweet smile.

He has never lost any fight thanks to his sons Lincoln and Lucas, so he has conquered other packs and the Blue moon pack has been added to the list of packs he has conquered, making him the only Alpha of the supernatural world! A dream finally came through.

“I know the moon goddess will take revenge on you!” Alpha Jaxon spat at him.

“Y….ou, how dare you,“ Alpha maverick growled, kicking him hard on his belly.

Even though he was an Alpha, he hated the moon goddess for refusing to give him the power to conquer other packs when his pack was comprised of just a few members but lol he no longer needed her help as he had achieved his aim. He was now in control of the supernatural world.

“Waaaaahh” Alpha Jaxon groans in pain as he falls to his knees

“Take him away” Alpha maverick shouts at the fighter, as he boiled in rage

“Your end is near,“ Alpha Jaxon yelled as the fighters dragged him away.

Even though he was in great pain, he couldn’t keep his mouth shut from laying curses on the bunch of wickedness.

Alpha maverick folded his hands into a tight fist

“Am surely going to get rid of you before you least expect” he stormed off towards his room.

The blue moon pack members were dragged as they made their way to the dungeon.

As the fighters had raided and captured every member of blue moon pack.

They passed through several cells where people were tied in chains and Quinn’s heart stopped.

She couldn’t believe Alpha maverick could lock people in iron cells and still have them bonded in chains.

Ever since she has been growing from kid till now, that she was seventeen, she had never seen anyhow person locked up in the cell in blue moon pack for nothing unless they committed a grave crime.

Every pack member enjoyed liberty, but here in shadow pack, she could see it was the opposite.

Mere looking at how the pack members shivered at Alpha maverick's sight moments ago, one would know that they live in fear.

Yes, alphas are supposed to be respected by the pack members, but with the expression here, it wasn’t willed respect but a fearful respect.

Quinn was lost as her mind wandered until she heard a thunderous growl.

“Stay here!”

And with that, they were all thrown into the dungeon like a sack of heavy waste.

“Agggggh” Quinn groans in deep pain as her head hits the ground.

“Quinn, are you okay,“ She heard Alpha Jaxon's panic-stricken voice.

“Am fine dad” she quickly replied

Even though her head hurt and was threatening to split apart, she didn’t want to scare her father, besides there was nothing he could do than get himself worried.

The dungeon was so dark that no one could see the other.

It was an underground and Quinn could perceive the stench of dead things

“Oh the moon goddess, please save us” her lips quivered in a short prayer.

The sound of people looking for a place to sit was the only thing heard.

“Quinn, how could you disobey me” Alpha Jaxon's voice sprout up when everyone was calm

“I gave you the order to stay at the pack and leave with some pack members if we lose on the fight, but what did you do? You came to the battlefield, and now every member of the blue moon pack is in this dungeon. You didn’t save anyone, “he yelled

Even though he knew his little princess was only trying to help, he couldn’t help but be mad at her.

As an Alpha, it was mandatory to save his pack members even though it was just a few, but he couldn’t run away with them.

He had to be in the battleground, so he gave Quinn an order to run far away with some pack members if blue moon pack lost, but now this.

“Am sorry dad, but your greed brought us here “Quinn sob

Yes, it was her father's greed, if only he didn’t join in fighting other packs so that he could rule the supernatural world, they wouldn’t have been in this mess.

“Yes I was greedy, but my princess, I didn’t know what came over me, I realized I was wicked when the only pack remaining was just blue moon pack and shadow pack.” Alpha Jaxon said in a hoarse voice.

Alpha Maverick paced to and from in his room.

He was in a rage and anyone that angered him he was going to devour and throw into the deepest part of hell.

Alpha Jaxon talked to him in that manner in the presence of the pack members and slaves

“How dare him!

I won’t spare him any more seconds to live “

Calling on his beta, he gave an order

“Get Alpha Jaxon the entire blue moon pack members, and take them to the stone of judgment. I will meet you all there”.

“The judgment stone? Is it not too early to give out your verdict, “Zayne Alpha maverick beta asked

He has worked with Alpha maverick for years and has seen how cruel he was. His greed for power to rule the supernatural world had made his heart darker than charcoal, but he has never given out his verdict on the same day he captures his captive, so the command was really strange.

“Do as I said or watch me feed your head to the birds, “Alpha maverick yanks his hair furiously.

That, he scampers out toward the dungeon with some guards.

The dungeon door cracked open and with a lamp, Alpha Jaxon was fetched out as they dragged him towards the door.
