CHAPTER 12:

"Mommy where's my dad?"

I gasped when Alle suddenly asked me about her daddy.

This is the first time she asked me about his daddy. I suddenly thought of what Joyce told me last night.

I brewed milk. To avoid my daughter's question that even I can't answer.

"Alle. Sleep okay? Mommy is going to do the laundry. Drink your milk first, sweetie" I took out the child's bottle with only flavored milk.

I sat next to her and stroked her hair.

"Mommy?"she turned to me.

"Yes, sweetie?"

"I want to see my daddy,"

I was stunned. I don't know whether to answer 'yes' or 'no'.

This is the day I'm really dreading.

I don't even have a clue where Alle's daddy is?

Alle is the only connection to each other.

"Goodnight, sweetie" I avoided answering her question.

I kissed her on the forehead and marched out of the room.

"Goodnight, Mommy" she chased. I looked at it and smiled.

I immediately dial the Joel's number when I got out of Alle's room. It immediately answered.
