Lizzy stared at her mum in surprise. She had completely forgotten that Spencer had once come to the office in search of Tisha. Now it all made sense. She had thought that even if Spencer took a liking to Tisha, it was going to be ephemeral because he was engaged to a beautiful lady.

She could not believe that someone like Tisha whom she had once snatched a boyfriend from, had the capacity to get someone like Spencer to do her bidding.

"This is not the time to be lost in thought," Joanna said. We need to come up with a plan and strike while the iron is still hot. Tisha obviously hasn't taken over the company yet otherwise you would have seen it on the news.
