My feet carried me to the entrance before I could rethink or reevaluate my decision. I saw the surprised looks of Ryan and alpha Leo when they sensed my arrival. “What’s up?” Ryan asked, baffled. Before I could even reply, Violet was in front of me. Her lips curled into a sneer. “Leave. Now.” Her eyes flickered from their normal violets to black. My gaze darted towards my Ryan and Leo who were staring with twin expressions of astonishment. Alpha Leo regained his composure before Ryan.
“Hey, speak to him respectfully, young lady,” Alpha Leo tried to intervene, but Violet didn’t pay any heed to him, staring me down with open hostility.
