Alpha Gregory's Pov

"Alpha, the beta sent words that they are already at the border”

I raised my head with a scowl. This wasn't the time for inspection. I was trying to control myself for the past hour and now it can't get worse!

I could feel the fear and dread in his voice as he walked into my chamber with his head bowed deeply. I turned around to face him. They always shiver at my presence, not that I give a damn but today I was getting irritated.

I needed to see Ava. That old fool could have told me the potion works very fast. I could have called her over earlier.

"Get me the Luna. Tell her I need to see her this minute," I ordered, wanting Ava as soon as possible. I was finding it difficult to control my emotions.

"Yes, Alpha," he pronounced and turned to leave.

I hurried to my chamber, my body getting hotter with each passing second. Tonight was my only chance to make the pack accept her as my chosen mate.

“ Where are you, Ava?" I muttered, pulling off my tie.

I roamed around the room, waiting patiently for Ava until I found myself gulping down glasses of tequila from the table, feeling all sensual.

I dipped my hand into my pocket and brought out another small potion. It was a special perfume the old sorcerer gave to me. The scent was to make her lay with me and give me a child and I didn't want the opportunity that was given to us to be a waste. I can't keep going back to the sorcerer.

“ She should be on her way now. This is the perfect time to use the perfume," I said to myself again.

I quickly poured the scent all over me as I gulped down another cup of tequila and continued to. I was impatient. We needed to act as fast as possible before we end up losing what we wanted.

I was still thinking of sending another guard when the door suddenly burst open and without thinking twice, I knew it was Ava. I was already getting too intoxicated by the drink and scent.

I didn't find it strange that Ava would just barge in without a knock nor do I want to think about all of that. Any of her actions was pleasing to me at that point of time. I didn't mind.

I staggered to where I saw her since I was already feeling drunk, not even able to view her face well but I could tell it was her scent that was mixed with the one I was given which brought out a lovely fragrance.

Strangely, the scent was soothing and it looked like Scar, my wolf was getting awakened.

“ I want her," Scar howled in my head furiously. This was the first time he was approving Ava. Was the potion that powerful?

I didn't wait a second before I got to her using my inhumane speed and clamped her onto the wall, feeling like I should eat her up as I was already hardened down there with my wolf dangling over my head, wanting me to get inside her as soon as possible.

I groaned softly as I swallowed in her scent, straining my tongue from her open chest to her neckline while she groaned in satisfaction. I held her tightly to her dress while she wrapped her hands over my neck for her to make a good stance.

"You smell so sweet, Ava," I said, inhaling her scent as my tongue worked around her eardrum.

“ Hmm… argh!” Her moan's grew louder as she wiggled underneath me.

I let out a growl that made my body shake while she continued to answer with the moans and groans, gripping me hard like I was going to escape from her.

Throughout the whole night, I continued to pound on her furiously. It had never felt this good with Ava. Could it be because of the spell?

Just when everything was over, I opened my eyes in the morning to see Ava… but got the shocker of my life.

" Who the fuck are you!" My voice boomed, laced with annoyance at the person in my room.

I just cheated on Ava and I felt bad. My eyes turned darker as I tried to hold back myself from strangling the daylight out of the person!

  • Once Rejected, Twice Mated   Epilogue

Third Person POVThe sun rose over the pack territory like a molten crown, spilling golden light across the dense forest and the sprawling pack house below. Birds chirped as if they were celebrating the rare tranquility that had finally settled over the pack. The breeze carried the scent of pine and earth, mingling with the faint tang of wolf musk from the pack grounds. Alpha Gregory stood on the balcony, arms crossed, surveying the grounds with the sharp intensity that had earned him respect and fear among the pack members. Beside him, Stephanie adjusted the folds of her gown, her eyes scanning the horizon with a quiet sense of vigilance. It had been months since the chaos and yet the remnants of those days lingered in the air, in the way the trees whispered when the wind passed and in the silent glances exchanged by pack members. Gregory’s shoulders relaxed slightly as he glanced at Stephanie, his golden eyes softening.“You’re quieter than usual,” he remarked, his voice low but

  • Once Rejected, Twice Mated   Would I Be Able To Let Go?

Stephanie’s POVThe first time I noticed it, I thought it was a trick of the light. A shadow, a smudge, anything but what it truly was.I stood in front of the mirror in my chamber, the morning sun spilling in through the window and brushing over my skin. Pursing my lips, I tilted my head, pushing my hair aside and exposing the curve of my neck where Davies’ mark used to burn like a brand. Before now, it was always warm, pulsing, and alive. But now, it was faint and barely visible. It was now a ghost of what it once was.My breath hitched as I leaned closer to the mirror, my fingertips brushing the fading symbol.“No,” I whispered. “No, no, no…”It wasn’t supposed to disappear but yet, the reddish gold pattern that once glowed beneath my skin was dissolving like sand swept away by the tide.My knees weakened and I pressed a palm to the dresser to steady myself so I wouldn’t fall. “He’s really leaving me,” I murmured, the words thick on my tongue. “He’s really gone.” I gasped, grab

  • Once Rejected, Twice Mated   Never Look Back....

Davies’ POVI never realized silence could feel this loud. The battlefield had already been cleared, the scent of burned magic and spilled blood fading into the chill of the late evening air. Wolves were tending to their wounded. The dragons circling above had begun their slow descent back to their mountains. While all these were going on, the last remnants of the Seekers were being dragged away in chains. But none of that mattered. They were not compared to the weight in my chest nor was it compared to the small boy clutching my arm.My son, my blood, my heir.He was the only warmth cutting through the freezing hollowness inside me.Stephanie stood a few feet away. She was holding Gregory’s surviving twin, her other son. Her hair was tangled, her face bruised in places, dust and soot marking the lines beside her eyes. We were all battered and exhausted but she was radiant to me, in a way she should not have been because she was not mine to keep.I swallowed hard, trying to keep

  • Once Rejected, Twice Mated   He Was Still Alive

Third-person POVThe black sun of the ritual day rose like a bruise in the sky.Clouds churned in unnatural spirals above the Seekers’ fortress, thick with magic as the air trembled with the pressure of a spell that had taken decades to perfect. The ground itself hummed, low, eerie and vibrating like the slow pulse of a dying beast. The scent of sulfur and burnt herbs drifted through the battlefield, where hundreds of hooded Seekers moved in coordinated circles around their towering stone altar. On it lay the child.Davies’ son, small and still, was bound by glowing sigils that clung to his skin like living scars. The elderly Seeker, who was wearing a black robe, stood at the peak of the ritual platform with his palms raised. His voice rumbled beneath his breath, dark incantations twisting through the air like serpents.“Prepare the vessel,” he commanded. Hidden beyond the ridge, the allied armies of dragons, lycans and wolves watched. In the forefront stood Davies, breathing like

  • Once Rejected, Twice Mated   Nothing Would Keep Her Away

It was endless, merciless and unrelenting. For three days and three nights, the alliance of wolves, dragons, and loyal warriors carved through the Seeker’s labyrinth of traps and illusions. The air was thick with smoke and old magic; the earth pulsed with the residue of dark spells. He moved with a singular purpose, cutting down enemies with brutal precision. But there was a wildness in his eyes that was untamed, wounded and frantic. His son was still missing. No one had to ask what that meant to him. It was etched into every movement he made.Beside him, Gregory fought like a shadow

  • Once Rejected, Twice Mated   Let Them Come

Davies’ POV The first thing I noticed when consciousness clawed its way back into me was the cold. It was not the kind that bites at skin or rattles bones, this one was stale, and heavy. It felt like the kind of cold that lived inside the walls, a cold that whispered that hope had no business here. My wrists burned with chains that were not ordinary. I could feel the faint prickle of spell-metal, an alloy forged with ground obsidian, raven bone, and cursed blood. The chain was used by witches or Seekers. My jaw tightened at the word; Seekers. Because it meant everything I feared was already in motion. I lifted my head, my vision adjusting to the dim, flickering torchlight. The room was wide, circular, and carved out of what looked like black stone. Old symbols were etched along the walls making every instinct inside me growl in warning. Then I heard it, a soft whimper that made my heart nearly split open. “Ryder,” I whispered. My son lay curled on the ground a few meters
