Chapter 5: New CEO
Linus was surprised by the sudden offer but he couldn't deny the excitement that he felt. He never had someone offer him their life before. It was a strange feeling of power and responsibility that he didn't know how to handle. But he knew that he couldn't turn down the job that Millicent had given him.
"A good deal indeed, Millicent. I'll take revenge on your co-workers and make sure that they never bother you again." Linus said with a smile.
Millicent nodded, a determined look on her face. For the first time, Linus saw something in her eyes that he hadn't seen before. It was a spark of hope and gratitude, a sign that maybe her life could turn around.
Linus started to follow Millicent to her apartment, keeping a close eye on their surroundings

All he wants is to be away from this pain. He can't stand it anymore. But he can't move!
