Back home, I could not stop feeling down. Eventually, I found the courage to ask Brandon, "Can we really handle Charles? Maybe we should take a break for a while."

Brandon quickly put his finger to my lips. "Sophia, don't ever talk about breaking up. As for Charles, I know how to handle him. He's been away from the company for too long."
