"Just like that!" exclaimed Santi, feeling very sorry that Mira had made such a decision.

Mira swallowed her saliva with difficulty. "I can't be in a serious relationship at this age, can I?" said Mira, doubting her own decision.

"Who says it's impossible? You're not even 50 years old!" said Tari, encouraging Mira.

"In three years I'll reach it!" she reminded Tari with a hysterical look and held back her embarrassment.

"We are ageless, descendants of vampires who will not age, so there's no need to worry about that!" Santi said as he calmed Mira.

Mira laughed at Santi's careless remark. She shook her head in the end. She realized that it was just a false hope. As a successful businessman there was no way she would want to sacrifice her reputation with a love story in her semi-old age.

"No, no, no. For me, last night was enough. Now I'm going to try to forget about last night's wild experience and go back to my normal life," Mira said while pulling a tight smile.

"Enough? How could it be enough! Don't you remember your battle last night? If you don't remember, try listening to the recording of your voice and the man of your choice, who knows if you'll change your mind and find out!" Jenni exclaimed while shaking Mira's body as if trying to wake up her friend who was too calm for her.

Mira stopped Jenni as she looked at her with a serious gaze. "I told you, Jen, that I really don't remember what happened last night!" said Mira with a serious look.

"You're lying, aren't you? You're lying, aren't you? There's no way you can remember anything that happened last night! You guys were so hot last night! I immediately missed Rafael because I heard your sighs and moans that were so hot all night!" Santi said with an admiring look.

Mira wiped Santi's face which was almost drooling when she told him that. "I swear, I'm really not lying! Right now, in my mind, there are only empty images. All I remember is that you guys celebrated my birthday at the discotheque. We had a great time and then crashed! It just stopped there!" Mira said honestly.

Jenni, Reni. Tari, Santi immediately complained and regretted it!

"Sorry," said Mira, feeling that she had wasted her friends' efforts.

"Never mind, don't think about it anymore. Your brain may not remember but your body can't possibly forget last night's sensation, believe me and don't worry. Slowly, you will remember by yourself," said Reni trying to comfort Mira.

"What the hell are you saying!" exclaimed Mira while throwing Reni with a towel with a reddened facial expression.

Reni laughed as she caught Mira's towel and stuck out her tongue while laughing at Mira's blushing face.

"Then you also don't remember the face of the man who spent the night with you?" asked Tari cautiously.

"One of the participants you gathered, right? One of the young men, I remember. But which one I don't remember!" exclaimed Mira feeling very embarrassed at the memory, the average age of the young men was almost her son's age!

Everyone let out a frustrated sigh and immediately shook their heads in unison with serious faces.

Mira's brow furrowed in confusion. "Then who did I fuck last night!" Mira exclaimed hysterically and chased after all her friends furiously.

"You chose another man!" exclaimed Jenni, avoiding Mira's pursuit.

"It's your choice, not ours!" said Santi.

"Yes, it is! We tried to prevent it but you didn't listen to us!" exclaimed Tari while shouting to avoid Mira's blind pursuit.

"Another man!" exclaimed Mira while pointing at her friends with a furious look.

Jenni nodded. "Handsome I must admit, but he's definitely older than us," said Jenni, still clearly remembering the good looks of the man Mira had chosen last night.

"Amazing!" Mira exclaimed as she rubbed her face in despair.

"What else is there?" asked Tari feeling curious and approached Mira who was sitting on the floor of her house with a pitiable expression.

"I thought that I spent the night with one of the boys!" she said with her heart beating fast.

"So?" asked Jenni curiously.

"I left my allowance on the nightstand for her, do you think she'll kill me if she meets me halfway?" asked Mira as she put her lips to her mouth with a worried expression.

Jenni, Reni. Tari, Santi looked at each other then laughed out loud while pointing at Mira who was groaning laughing at her own stupidity.

Rendi refrained from turning around because he didn't want to make the situation even more awkward between them. He knew, when Cindy let go of his embrace this morning and silently closed the bedroom door carefully. Cindy must have felt reluctant to greet him because of their incredible romance last night.

She really did not expect that they would enjoy such intense lovemaking all night long without feeling enough despite repeated climaxes.

Rendi smiled then felt regretful and winced after remembering that he had not saved Cindy's cell phone number which he was sure was also a pseudonym, just like the name he had mentioned to Cindy. His smile turned into a frown when his eyes saw the pile of cash on the nightstand.

"What the hell is this!" exclaimed Rendi as he woke up from his bed.

He cursed angrily, feeling humiliated and determined to find Cindy to ask her for an explanation!

Bastian came with his partner to his mama's office but couldn't find her. He tried calling his mom's cell phone and this time it picked up. "Hello, Ma!" greeted Bastian as he sat on his mom's work chair.

"Hello, darling," Mira replied with a big yawn as she looked at the clock on her cell phone. "Oh my, it's already afternoon!" She exclaimed as her got up.

"Did you just wake up?" asked Bastian gently with a chuckle.

"Yes, dear. Why aren't you home yet?" asked Mira in confusion.

"I thought i would find Mama at the office, since you didn't come home all night so i thought you would bring home a new papa for me!" Bastian teased, smiling at his best friend.

"Nonsense!" denied Mira nervously. She hoped Bastian wouldn't tease her anymore.

"Bastian is just joking, Mama, don't get mad," said Bastian with a chuckle. "Happy birthday, Mom. May you live long and always be happy," said Bastian sweetly.

"Thank you, dear. Did you book a restaurant for dinner?" Mira asked quickly.

"I did, i made a reservation at Mama's favorite gelato cafe," replied Bastian, who knew his mama's favorite place.

"Thank you, sweetheart. So, shall we have a date just the two of us as usual?" asked Mira with a chuckle.

Bastian smiled nervously before answering his mama. He cleared his throat.

"What's going on? I smell something fishy that you're reluctant to tell me," Mira said, trying to figure it out.

"You're right," Bastian said at last. "I will bring my new girlfriend and Aldo to have dinner with us, is that okay Ma?" asked Bastian with a face full of happiness.

"Well, God Bastian! Finally! Congratulations, honey!" Mira exclaimed excitedly.
