Chapter Five:

"Wife?" Alfred said shock evident in his voice. Who was this guy? And why the hell was he calling Maya his wife. His plan of getting married to Maya would backfire if he didn’t act fast. He didn’t want to lose Maya, not because he loved her. He just wanted to make her life a living hell and whoever this guy was, he was trying to mess his plans up.

"Wow, you see this uncle? What is there to deny again? What did you tell me? Maya would never do such a thing but here’s proof," Alfred said taking advantage of the old man weakness and it made Maya angry.

"Shut up Alfred!" She yelled and a deafening silence followed as everyone looked at her. "You are getting what you want right? Are you happy now? Or you want to see my head rolling on the ground? Huh?," Maya pauses and took in a deep breath, wiped her tears and continued.

"I loved you Alfred but I guess none of that meant anything to you because you didn’t think twice before inviting another woman into your bed," Maya who was already tired
