Chapter 18: One Touch: One Kiss

Billy enters the Bar and Grill going towards the back where he sits down at the hidden table. He briefly looked at his watch waiting. He still feels numb with the information he had received from his wife. The mistakes he made now has to be paid by his only child.

“Hello,” Drunk Johnny sits down across from him.

“Who are you?” Billy was in no mood for conversation.

“I could be a friend,” Johnny looked at the man who somehow seemed different today. “You look like a man who heard bad news.” He observed.

“What do you want?” Billy grip the edge of the table in conflict about either leaving or attacking the man.

“What you were looking for down in the alley, wrong weapon.” Johnny carefully said.

“What are you talking about?” Billy instantly on edge.

“You know when people think you are a nobody, that’s the moments when you hear and see so much more. Why do you need a gun? Aren’t you out of jail recently?”

“What do you know about me?”
