6.“Lisa is the best suitable Candidate”

At last, Cloud9 team reluctantly agreed to let Cletan go but they thought of of giving him a big farewell party on this last day. Sam promised them that he will plan out all the events and inform them by mid next week.

Cletan had seen Sam returning to his work station. He took his laptop and went to Sam's workplace.

"How did your conversation went, Sam?"

"As you wanted.You are free to leave." Sam gave him prompt response.

"Really? That's great. Leena will be so happy. Finally, We both will reunite soon."

"Spare me from your dog food. Where's my reward?"

"I am in good mood. I will convince Christine for renting my room in our Condominium."

"Do as you wish." Sam smirked.

"I knew it.You were constantly talking about long distance relationship between Leena and me. You were not concerned about me. You were just doing this for your own benefits. You even helped me in finding suitable job. Leena could not do it despite her working there for past couple of years.You have your own network in Country N.Your friends and acquaintances are not ordinary people as well but you would not have done this for just anyone.You want Christine to come here and stay with you so you are chasing me away.You chose hoes over bros."

"Cletan, you are getting this wrong.I want Christine to be little closer to me but I would never leave my friends in the difficult situations.Even if you had chosen to stay in this company, I would have done everything in my power to force Christine to join this team.Do you believe me? One more thing, I am moving to my own Condominium over the weekend.The one that  I have brought in recently.My sister in law is coming here on Friday night.You pack your luggage and come to my new place to stay with me for a week."

"My sister in law will occupy our current condominium.You are going to convince Christine to rent a room with my sister in law but do not disclose my relationship with her yet.Also, We will call Martha over the weekend to sign a new rent agreement with Anna."

"Bro, your plan is flawless.I will do as you say. Christine will never suspect anything."

"Don't you have anything to do?"

"Argh...I am going to prepare KT plan for Christine." 

Cletan was not a fool.This guy acted like a typical boss as exposed his plans. But, thinking about Sam's plan, he is slightly regretting his decision to move to Country U. Sigh,He is going to miss fun. He has never met someone so shameless.Sam would not spare a glance or thought for other people. He always keeps his distance from women . But for Christine, He will do anything to get closer to her. 

Cletan unlocked his laptop and found notifications on Skype.There were IMs from Sean, Christine, Ray.Cletan first clicked on Ray's chat window to read his messages.

"Cletan, Don't you think that Lisa should get your role.Moreover, Christine is not interested in On site job.Why is everyone forcing her?"

"Ray, I have resigned from CreativeWorks.Why don't you ask this question to Mark or Sam? They will answer your queries."

Ray was still angry that Mark did not consider Lisa for On site role.He had recommended Lisa but got to know this morning that Christine is chosen.He was annoyed.Christine was not in his good books. She would never go out of her way to please him.That's why, Sometimes, he would ask Sean to assign her difficult user stories but she had always managed to deliver her work on time.Her unit testing was so good that previously , QA team had managed to detect low severity defects in her stories but now, there are no defects getting raised for her user stories.

On the other hand, Lisa has always helped him on his reporting work.She was keeping watch on resources who are "Unprofessional" and slacking in work hours.However, the truth is Lisa was late comer herself. Her stories were never delivered on time.QA team had always complained about quality of her user stories that were full of defects. Ray may find Lisa a suitable candidate for this opportunity but others were not in favour of Lisa.

You never appreciated Christine's good work. You have offended wrong person.Sam will never consider your opinions.In fact, he may do exactly opposite of what you want.He still respects you because Christine is still reporting to you.You will have hard time in future, Cletan thought in his head.
