Chapter 46

Shit. Shit. Shit. This fucking night went to hell fast. I wasn’t sure what to do. It was probably the driver, wondering where Matthew was. Currently, he was tied up in my basement. I didn’t even know enough to know if I could knock him out. The chains seem to be holding.

“I’ll be right back.” I said as I climbed the stairs. After shutting the door, I pushed against it a few times to make sure it was indeed shut and put the padlock on it. Hopefully, that holds.
