It has been a busy day. We got our license sorted. Becca was away with Sophie to get her dress, get her hair done and pick a wedding band for me. I was with Grant, getting a suit, two rings for Becca. I know we weren’t engaged before this, but I still want her to have both.

“How are you doing, buddy?” Grant asked.

“I am nervous and excited,” I smiled.

“Only natural,” He smiled, “Come on, lets head back, get ready and have a drink to calm those nerves of yours,” He added.

I nodded, and we headed back. Grant and Sophie were going to be witnesses for us. I had two hours to get ready and calm myself before heading to the chapel to meet Becca. She was going to get ready in Sophie’s room. I still couldn’t believe we are doing this, but I wanted it, and it felt right.
