Chapter Forty Nine - Planning the future (Vegas part 4 of 4)

I slipped my dress off, hanging it up. I had bought a sexy white wedding night lingerie set when I was out. I wanted to drive my new husband, crazy. My husband! Wow! I was officially a married woman, and I can’t be happier about it. I pulled my hair down from my up-do, letting it flow over my shoulders in natural waves. I took my red lipstick from my bag and redone my lips. I fluffed my hair, smirking to myself before heading back through.

Jake It has been a week since Becca and I got married in secret, and we still hadn’t told anyone. We were enjoying our own little bubble, but tomorrow that is going to change. Jake I was even more nervous now at meeting our parents. It was nerve-racking enough without a damn shaved eyebrow on top of that too. I swear to God, I am going to kill my friends. Jake It has been a crazy couple of months, in the best way possible. Our wedding planning was coming along great. We only had less than two months until our wedding. We found our house too! I turn around to face Everly, and she stops jumping and comes to lay down next to me. I checked the time. It was close to nine a.m. Everly usually wakes up about six a.m., so I am assuming this morning she decided it was her daddy she was wakening up, rather than me. “It is alright,” I said, smiling up at Jake.
