MasukChapter 5: Confessions
The door closed with a click, sealing Gabriel and Noah inside the master bedroom.
Noah backed away until his thighs hit the edge of the bed. He stared at Gabriel, his mind racing with everything that had happened over the past few hours.
"You are staying here tonight again," Gabriel said, as he unbuttoned his suit. "The staff is preparing the guest room for Sophia."
Noah let out a harsh, breathless laugh. "The doctor just confirmed that she is carrying your child, and you are acting like nothing happened."
Gabriel pulled his jacket off and draped it over the chair. "It changes nothing between us. Your contract is still in effect."
"She's a female with a child!" Noah yelled, stepping forward as his anger flared again. "Do you expect me to just sit here while your pregnant mistress lives under the same roof?!"
Gabriel’s eyes darkened as he took two long strides toward Noah, closing the distance between them instantly. "Watch how you talk about my household."
"I do not care about your household!" Noah spat, glaring up into Gabriel's face. "I know I was sold to you! But I won't be a prisoner here!"
Gabriel reached out and grabbed Noah, his fingers wrapping firmly around Noah's chin, tilting his face upward. "You signed the paper, Noah. You chose to be here."
"Because you tricked me!" Noah shouted, his voice cracking as tears burned the corners of his eyes.
"You and Arthur set the whole thing up!"
Gabriel held his jaw tight, refusing to let him turn away. "Your uncle was going to fall regardless. I simply took advantage of the opportunity."
"You ruined my life," Noah whispered, his chest heaving as he stared into Gabriel’s cold and unreadable eyes.
Gabriel leaned down, his voice dropping into a murmur against Noah's lips. "I saved you from going to prison with him."
Noah tried to pull back, but Gabriel's grip tightened, holding him completely still. The proximity was overwhelming, sending a surge of unwanted heat rushing through Noah's veins.
"Let me go," Noah breathed, though his hands came up to rest against Gabriel's broad chest instead of pushing him away.
"You fight me every single time, Noah," Gabriel said softly, his thumb tracing the sharp line of Noah's jawline. "Yet you want me as much as I want you."
"I hate you," Noah murmured, his pulse increasing as Gabriel lowered his head further.
"I know," Gabriel replied, right before pressing his lips on Noah's.
Noah let out a soft gasp against Gabriel's lips, his fingers tangling tightly into Gabriel's shirt.
The anger, exhaustion, and confusion melted into desire.
Gabriel wrapped his arms around Noah's waist, lifting him effortlessly off his feet and setting him down on the bed.
Noah pulled Gabriel closer, kissing him back with the same desperation that matched the chaos in his mind.
Gabriel’s hands moved over Noah's back, holding him tightly against his chest.
Then the bedroom door suddenly swung wide open without a knock.
"Gabriel, the maid did not bring the extra pillows I asked…." Sophia stopped mid-sentence, her voice cutting off.
Noah shoved Gabriel away with all his strength, scrambling backward onto the bed as his face flushed with embarrassment.
Sophia stood frozen in the doorway, her jaw dropped in complete shock as her eyes darted from Gabriel's unbuttoned shirt to Noah sitting disheveled on the bed.
Gabriel turned around slowly, his face completely calm and emotionless. "Who gave you permission to open my bedroom door without knocking?"
Sophia pointed a trembling finger at Noah, completely lost and confused. "What is..this ... .What are you do…ing with him?!"
"Get out," Gabriel said coldly, stepping out of the bed.
"You want to ride a boy while I am pregnant with your child?!" Sophia screamed. "Are you out of your mind, Gabriel?! When did you become a gay??"
"I told you to leave this room, Sophia," Gabriel repeated, his voice changing into a terrifying tone.
"He is just a pathetic little servant!" Sophia yelled, taking a step into the room. "I am carrying a Cole! You cannot treat me like this!"
Gabriel walked straight up to her. "If you do not turn around and walk back to the guest wing this second, I will have security remove you from this estate tonight."
Sophia choked back a chuckle. “You do no such thing Gabriel, not when I know your secret. Don't dare me, or the world will hear about this.” She said, glaring past Gabriel's shoulder straight at Noah with burning hatred in her eyes.
She hissed, then spun around, walked out and slammed the bedroom door shut behind her with a deafening crash.
Everywhere went silent. Noah was still sitting on the mattress, his head down as his chest rose and fell in rapid breaths.
His lips were swollen from the kiss, and his hands were shaking uncontrollably in his lap.
Gabriel walked back to the bed, sat down and faced Noah.
"Do not panic," Gabriel said, his voice completely flat, as if what just happened was nothing serious.
Noah looked up at him, a bitter laugh escaping his throat. "You forced me into this, Gabriel. You dragged me into your messed-up life."
"I didn't force you, just so you know. And you belong to me," Gabriel said. "And nothing Sophia says or does is going to change that."
Noah stared back at him. He has never been this confused and scared in his life before.
His head was already hurting, as he kept wondering what his life in this mansion with Sophia would be like.
"Go to sleep," Gabriel ordered, turning toward the adjoining bathroom. "Tomorrow, things are going to get much harder around here."

Chapter 4: A Positive TestNoah was on his knees on the floor, dipping his yellow sponge into the soapy bucket. His back was already aching him, and his hands were getting sore. The front door automatically opened, and a tall woman in a designer gown walked straight into the foyer, completely ignoring the two security guards behind her.Noah pulled his hands back from the bucket, watching in disbelief as her heel prints ruined the floor he had just spent three hours wiping. The woman stopped right in front of his bucket, looking down at his soapy hands and dirty robe with utter disgust. "Where is Gabriel?"Noah stayed on his knees, his jaw tightening as he held his rag. "He is upstairs in his study. You need to let the butler announce you first.""Announce me?" she sneered, her eyes flashing with anger. "Do you have any idea who I am, you little servant?!!""I am not a servant," Noah said clearly, looking straight up into her eyes. "And I think Mr. Cole does not like it when people b
Chapter 3: The Deception UncoveredThe maid tapped Noah gently on the shoulder. "Mr. Bennett, you need to wake up right now. Young master wants you out of bed."Noah opened his eyes, wincing at the sharp soreness in his hips. He pulled out the white duvet over his bare chest and sat up slowly. "Where is Gabriel?""He is down the hall in his private study, sir," the maid said, handing him a black robe. "I brought you some warm tea to help with your pain.""Thank you," Noah shylishly whispered, slipping his arms into the wide sleeves of the robe.I quickly picked up the porcelain tea cup and left the maid in the room, he walked down the hallway towards the directed study. As he approached the entrance, Gabriel’s deep voice echoed clearly from inside the room."The final payment has been sent to your account, Arthur," Gabriel said into his phone. "The entire deal is completely settled."Noah stopped dead in his tracks outside the door, utterly confused about what he just heard."Everyth
Chapter 2: The TermsThe driver killed the engine in front of the massive white compound. Noah sat in the back seat of the car, staring at the huge doors and decors of the house. His chest felt heavy, but he forced himself to open the door and step out.The elderly butler stepped down from the porch, bowing his head slightly as he gestured toward the entrance. "Welcome to the estate, Mr. Bennett. Mr. Cole is waiting for you in his private quarters on the second floor."Noah picked up his small suitcase, but the butler immediately took the handle from his grip. "I will take your bag to the room. You must go upstairs now."Noah walked towards the front door, and was immediately taken aback, as the door automatically opened on its own. Then a maid walked up to him, bowing slowly. “Follow me sir.” The maids said and started walking towards the staircase. Noah followed her closely. The mansion was completely silent, except for the sound of their shoes against the floor. When they reache
Chapter 1: The CollateralNoah dropped to his knees on the office floor, holding onto the hem of Gabriel’s trousers. "Please, Gabriel, do not destroy my family! Give us more time!"Gabriel looked down at him with a cold face and pulled his leg back, stepping out of reach. "Your sister ran away on her wedding morning, Noah. The deal is off."Noah scrambled up off the ground, his chest heaving as panic took over his mind. If Gabriel sue them, the fourteen million dollar debt would crush his family, sending his uncle straight to prison and leaving them broke on the streets as he would take over their remaining assets.Gabriel turned his back and walked toward his wide desk. "I am calling my legal team right now to seize your family assets."Noah’s head spun as he tried to think of anything to stop him. Before he could stop himself, he yelled out, "Take me instead! Do not destroy my family!"Gabriel stopped in his tracks and turned around slowly. His eyes locked onto Noah with surprise.
