Ch 44 - Lucia

I couldn’t move. Hell, I think I even stopped breathing and thinking. I was numb. Who wouldn’t be after hearing all of that? What was I meant to be thinking? What was I meant to be feeling? I sat in silence for the longest time, just staring at the vulnerable woman before me. From the day I was born, I was always told that I would be destined for greatness, but this, this I did not see coming.

“Angelina could possibly be evil?” I asked her. She nodded and I fell into silence again.

I will do anything for Angelina. Hell, I’ll die for Angelina, but I never thought I would be put in a position like this. I know that she’s a good person, but apparently she has evil brewing in her. How does one even prepare themselves for such? How do I then look her in the eyes, knowing that after she gives birth, she could flip a switch? And the Dark Lord himself, her father, is coming after her!

This is overwhel
