“Jasper, can you help me…”

Victoria was almost in tears as she spoke, and she wore an innocent expression as she raised her head to look at Jasper.

“What’s wrong?” Jasper was staring out the window in a daze. He only returned to his senses abruptly when Victoria hugged his arm tightly.

“Jasper, don’t you think that Summer Plath is being too much?” Victoria asked probingly. “What should we do now? Samson had always believed in everything she said to begin with, and right now, he’s definitely so deceived that he can’t even see the truth. My dad told me this afternoon that Samson Ardly terminated the cooperation between Ardly Corporation and Dawn Corporation. He’s trying to push us to a corner.”

As she spoke, Victoria started sobbing.

For some reason, Jasper was a little agitated. He was not an idiot. Of course he knew that Victoria had always been using him. In the past, he willingly let her do so. But now, he was growing tired of it.
