Chapter thirty one

Emily's POV

"Hi" I smile back.

"You look great" He tells me.

"Well you don't look so bad yourself" I return the kind gesture. He surely does look good in a black tuxedo,an inner white shirt and a black dress pant sitting lowly on his waist. A cute black bow is clipped to his shirt and he's also wearing a pair of matching black oxfords which complements his looks. He looks so handsome with his hair layered and styled back with gel.

Taking my hand,he leads me to the car and pulls the door open for me while I thank him before climbing in.

In no time,we pull out of the driveway and he takes me to some fancy and really expensive restaurant with bad food that I don't even like. I start to get bored and keep checking my time every now and then as Jace keeps talking and bragging about himself and how perfect his life is. I mentally conclude that he's not my type and I can't wait for the night to come to an end. He's so full of himself.
