CHAPTER 33
Axis brought me to a fine restaurant near the subdivision where the movie shoot took place. Since I was really hungry, I did not mind that he's in front of me and I bet he is watching me the whole time I am eating.
"Is Maxine feeding you there?" he asked me and I just nodded in response. My mouth was still full though. "But seems like you haven't eaten for a week," he added. I even heard him laugh so I stared deathly at him.
"Anyway, how are you?" he asked as he put the beefsteak on my plate.
It's been more than a month since we started the movie shoot and I rarely go home to the condo. Mostly, we stay in the tent. Sometimes, we stay in hotels especially if we have to shoot somewhere far. Because of the heavy workloads I had, this is the only time we have seen each other since we started the taping.
