Chapter 7 - Accident

"How am I looking?" Emma asked Amelia twirling around, showing the simple but elegant dress she wore!

"Finally looking like a girl!" Amelia said smiling and Emma glared at her!

"But you?" Emma said, looking at her with a questioning gaze!

"Today you are looking different!" Emma said, circling her and stopping in front of her, raising her eyebrows!

"Different? What is the difference? I am looking the same!" Amelia said smiling, not understanding what Emma tried to say!

"There is a glow in your face! Something has happened! Tell me." Emma asked, grinning!

Amelia suddenly blushed by listening to her and got lost in her thoughts! Emma snapped her fingers and Amelia came out of her trance!

"You are blushing means it's a matter of boy! Did someone propose to you?" Emma asked with a teasing smile.

"No, it's not like that!" Amelia said, tugging her hair behind her ear, getting all shy!

"Why are you getting so shy?" Emma asked, shaking her shoulders.

"Actually, when I was coming here in my car, I got into a small accident!" Amelia said and Emma looked at her fuming.

"WTH! You are here for an hour and you are telling me this now! Did you get hurt somewhere? Let me see." Emma said in one breath.

"No, I am fine. I just got scratched a little on my feet! But you hear me first." Amelia said, shushing her.

"My car collided with an expensive car which was parked! Thank God, it was just a tiny accident! The car got a few scratches so I got worried as it looked quite expensive! I thought I should run away but I got scared so thought to say sorry to the owner! I tried to look inside the car but could not understand if there was someone inside or not! But suddenly a person came from inside, startling me and giving me a mini heart attack! I looked at his face and he was so..." Amelia stopped blushing!

"So what? Hot? Handsome? Greek God? Ravishing? Sexy?" Emma started rambling.

"He was very good-looking but I couldn't see his full face as he had black sunglasses on! His face looked quite dangerous! I got scared because of his tall figure!" Amelia continued and Emma listened to her with great interest.

"Then I gathered a little bit of courage and told him sorry as I scratched his car! He was standing like he didn't listen to what I said and was looking at me maybe!" Amelia said and Emma was having an expression like she was saying a romantic story!

"Then suddenly he said that he could smell blood! I got confused and kept looking at him like a dumbo!" Amelia said and Emma giggled hearing her and Amelia shot her a glare!

"Then he said in an annoyed tone that I was bleeding! I looked at myself to see if I was hurt somewhere! Then I noticed that my ankle was hurting a little so I pulled up my dress a little to see my ankle was bleeding a little but how did he understand?" Amelia asked Emma.

"Was he a werewolf?" Emma asked and in reply, Amelia shrugged her shoulders.

"Then he opened the door and took out a first aid box and gave it to me! I took it but started thinking as I can't apply ointment while standing. Maybe he understood my thought and opened the door and let me sit inside and my legs were outside! He snatched the box from me and sat on one knee and kept my injured leg in his lap and did the first aid. All the time I kept ogling at him like a creep so he snapped at me to stop staring at him. I muttered a small sorry and got up from the car seat! I told him that I will pay for the damage! But he kept looking at me. I wanted to remove his sunglasses and see if he was looking at me or not! Suddenly a young man around his age came running! They both went away, leaving me confused!" Amelia finished her story and looked at Emma whose mouth was opened!

"I thought you would say something like the man kissed you or something similar!" Emma said with disappointment as she wanted to hear more!

"You should stop reading romance novels! Your mind is getting dirtier day by day! I was blushing because for the first time a good-looking man looked at me so I was quite overwhelmed! Nothing much!" Amelia said, trying to remove the thoughts which Emma was having.

"My subconscious is telling me that the man is your future husband!" Emma said with a peaceful smile.

"Stop your fantasies and stop overthinking. I don't think I will meet him ever again!" Amelia said.

"Are we both unlucky in love?" Emma asked, pouting!

"Oh, God! What should I do with this girl? Do you realize that we are only eighteen but you are talking like we crossed thirty?" Amelia asked.

"In this modern world, even small kids have boyfriends and girlfriends! And look at us, single AF!" Emma said and Amelia facepalmed herself.

"Now stop talking! We should leave before the special guest arrives!" Amelia said and Emma nodded.

"Now stand here until the guest arrives! Give him this bouquet and don't forget to introduce yourself!" Amelia said smiling, instructing Emma at the entrance.

"You look very happy!" Emma said giggling!

"Of course, I will be happy. My only crush, Jake Anderson, is coming. Finally, today I will be able to take a selfie with him!" Amelia said, getting excited!

"I am going inside!" Amelia said and went away!

Suddenly Emma got alerted to seeing one car arriving by the gate and standing properly with the bouquet. Jake came out of the car looking dashing as always and all the horny teenage girls started whistling seeing him!

Emma started breathing like an Asthma patient looking at his handsomeness! She reminded herself not to say anything stupid!

Jake went closer to the entrance, ignoring the lustful gazes of the girls. Jake noticed a small figure, standing at the entrance with a bouquet.

He went closer and finally could see her face. Emma was looking like a nymph wearing that dress and Jake couldn't help but ogle at her from top to bottom!

"Wel..lcome, Sir!" Emma stammered because of his intense stare which made her nervous for the first time in her life!

She moved the bouquet towards him but he kept staring at her!

Why does her voice sound familiar? Jake thought as he met her for the first time.

"Nice to meet you, Sir. I am Emma Miller!"
