Chapter 6

Mari had a little chitchat with her friends at the Night club. She's wearing a backless black silky dress that hugs her curves. She looks dashing tonight and the electrifying lights of the club were matched into her skin.

"Hey, Miss," someone called her.

She glances at the stranger. "Yes? Do we have a problem?" She asks, confusedly.

The guy took a piece of paper inside his pocket and handed it to her.

"Read it," the guy uttered.

Mari raised a brow. "Why would I read it? I don't know why you are giving me this piece of—" the guy cut her off.

"Someone instructed me to give that to you, Miss," the guy blurted, annoyed. "That someone is watching you, so, read his message." And the guy left her, hanging and confused.

She knitted her forehead; roamed around her eyes as the piece of paper creeps her out. She heaved a sigh and went to their table.

Good thing, her friends were on the dance floor, exploring, having fun and hanging out with someone else.

She rolled her eyes before reading the letter.

Lovey,

You are pretty gorgeous and sexy with your dress tonight. But I don't like sharing; I don't like those punks looking at your curves.

Note: Go home, don't provoke me.

— Y.M

Swear, she felt creepy all of a sudden but she has a hunch that it was Yin, stalking her or what. She crumpled the piece of paper yet someone slammed another one in the table.

She read it normally and act like nothing.

Lovey,

I'm watching. Go home. This place is not for you to come with.

— Y.M

Mari breathes out, heavily the walked towards the counter. She ignores the letter that sent to her. She ordered a drink and sip on it.

"Damn it, this tastes good," she mumbled.

She ordered another shot then one more again until she felt her head spinning.

"Oh, shoot..." She whispered. "I guess, I'm drunk."

She stayed there a bit, calming herself. And when she was about to walk away, someone block her way.

"Move," she said, coldly. Even at her drunk state, she can still clearly visualize the guy.

"I don't want to move... but I would love to move on top of you, rocking your body—" Mari cut the guy off by punching his face.

"You think, I'm drunk so you could harass me?" She chortles.

The guy clench his jaw, he was about to hit her but Mari smiled devilishly and block his hand and tightly grip on it.

"You are going to hit me?" She asks, dangerously. "Don't you know me, huh asshole?"

The guy knitted his forehead, chuckling. "What a brave lady in black..." He said, licking his lower lip. "I like you... and a woman like you is my type— brave, wild and sexy." He added, eye-raping her.

"And I am not a keyboard for you to type," she fired back, raising her brows.

The guy pulled her, tightly gripping her waist. She was annoyed, furrowed her forehead.

"Stop the sarcasm, lady... I don't like the filter of your mouth..." The guy mumbled, as he whispered in her ear.

However, Mari didn't turn her guard down. "I am not a camera, asshole... I don't do filters." Smoothly, she told him.

The guy was about to pull her even more but Mari kicked his balls which made him stumble while holding his private part down there.

"You bitch!" The guy cursed.

"I'm not a bitch, you're just an asshole who doesn't have balls..." Mari snapped. "If you are pertaining to yourself, then die."

She walked out of the scene and tried to walk straight from her car. She massages her temple while walking; she's even cursing repeatedly.

"Oh, damn it! This won't happen again..." She shook her head and startled when someone spoke behind her.

"It won't really happen again, woman," a cold baritone voice lingers in her ears.

She faced the guy and suddenly, heaved a sigh; furrowed her forehead.

"What the hell are you doing here? Stalking me?" Mari accused. "No, probably, you are that someone... someone that give me a piece of paper with a letter on it." She seriously muttered.

Yin swallowed a lump in his throat, shrugging his shoulders. "Who else would do that, huh?"

"Why are you here, Yin? Didn't I tell you not to come closer to me?" Still, her voice was cold and sounds irritated. "Should I call the police? File a case against you?" She threatened.

Yin laughed, sardonically. "I didn't stalk you, stop accusing. It just happened that I am in the club, forgetting about you." He renounce.

Mari gulp and look away. Her intoxication was gone but her head remained badly hurts.

"Then forget about me!" She roared. "You shouldn't come to me at all and sent me these piece of letter!" She sternly uttered.

Yin made a gasps. "I... I just want to check up on you. I don't like the guy earlier. It looks like I want to kill him right in front of you." he said, dangerously.

Mari didn't even felt scared at all. No matter how dangerous his voice is, she won't let her guard down.

"Then kill him but not in front of me," Mari murmured. "I don't want my eyes to get tainted by your stupid act."

She then left him, hanging with words.

"Mari!" he called. "Mari Sandoval Montero!" He called once again but with his surname in it.

She stopped but didn't face him. Mari can't believe that he's calling her whole name attached with his surname.

'Seriously, what's wrong with this punk?' she thought in mind.

"That makes you stop..." Yin said.

Instead of facing him, she stayed that way.

"What exactly do you want, Yin?" She asks, casually. "And can you please, don't call me by my whole name with your surname attached with it? It will never gonna happen."

"You. I mean, I want you to be my woman..." Yin muttered, his voice was serious. "I want to pursue you..." He added. "Again..."

Mari was not surprised anymore. She knows exactly what he is implying.

"I'm not yet crazy to open up my heart with anyone... especially to someone like you." She stated. "Now, if you're insane with your obsession to me, drop it, I don't like you, I won't even give you a chance."
