Standing on the balcony, Jerome flashed back the instant his Mom took her last breath.

He recalled how his brothers and Dad always missed out on her birthdays and important occasions, but he was always there for her.

The unfortunate incident that led to her death was when he drowned after getting involved in a boat accident on a vacation with his Mom, before she thought twice, she jumped into the river and saved Jerome, but unfortunately, it was too late for her to be saved and while she was at the hospital, she gave out the company to Jerome which resulted to the hatred between Jerome, his siblings, and his Dad.
