Episode 8

Alexander POV

"Are you freaking kidding me? Why would I go with you to see your girlfriend?" Monalisa snapped.

I know it will be difficult to convince her to go with me but I don't have any other choice. I don't want mum to find out the truth about my marriage, she will be shattered and I don't want that. I can't forget how happy she was when I brought Monalisa home, I am sure she must have been looking forward to that day.

"I know this would make you uncomfortable but I have no choice."

"And what made you think that I will help you? "

" Because you are my wife"

She cackled. " That sounds weird"

I leaned closer to her on the table.

"Come on baby. You're such a sweet and kind lady and you wouldn't decline to help such a gentleman like me" I softly whispered, staring into her eyes.

I hope this works! She kept staring at me as I blinked in anticipation.

"Is that supposed to make me change my mind?" She asked, confused.

I nooded.

" No.. it's not going to work on me"

"I guess so" I shrug
