CHAPTER ELEVEN

I flutter my eyes open and I’m in my room. I feel a grip on my hand; I look to my side and find Chloe with tears in her eyes. Chloe’s here; I wanted to believe the last thing I remember was a nightmare, but if she’s here, it must be true. Someone really kidnapped Mom.
