I stared wide-eyed at Scott, shocked and unable to believe my eyes.

"You… You have also been reborn?" I asked shakily.

He nodded earnestly. "When Shane proposed to you in our previous life, I wanted to advise you to break up with him. However, I didn't know how to bring up the subject with you, so I could only watch helplessly as you married him."
