I was lost in thought, thinking of how to help my father regain his strength and help me defeat his brother. Dymion broke the rules when he first went after my father. If Dymion can break the rules, then so can I also. Damn Selene, and damn the fucking rules she sets that limits my actions.

She warned me not to kill Dymion if he didn’t pose an immediate threat to my life. She stopped my father from helping me, claiming it was against her rules to let her kids fight each other. Now my father is barely breathing, Dymion got to him and if I didn’t get here on time, he'd have killed him. Dymion nearly killed my father and he would have succeeded in killing me too. He’s been so merciless, breaking the rules as if it doesn’t matter, and yet, she still wants my father and I to play by the rules. That’s just stupid, it’s just not fair to me and my father.
