The red dot appeared on her head, hovering around her forehead and her eyes but when Black looked up in her direction, the red dot disappeared into nowhere and Daphne settled in her seat.

They are being watched.

“I’m sorry, she said it was urgent” She explained to Black who has started eating his bit-sized risotto already.

“Oh I see you didn’t wait for me,” she said teasingly.

“Took you longer than expected” Black replied with his unbothered look.

Daphne picked up her fork to start eating as well, their conversation can wait. It seems it’s going to be a long conversation anyway since she’s got questions to ask him about Kai going to the Kid’s school.

While eating, Daphne could not stop thinking about the woman’s face and what she said to her. She tried so hard to remember her but it was all hazy.

When they were done, the waitress came over to clear their table and then hand over Black’s overcoat.

His bodyguard soon came with the Wheelchair and he moved into it on his own.
